Archie is now a cognitive performance trainer looking to bridge skills that have been used with high ranking military officials and take that to companies to train and enhance leadership, performance, and work satisfaction.

Founder and leader of Mind-Design Sports, a 501(c)(3) non-profit global organization promoting sports psychology for student-athletes, reaching 116 countries, 18,000 unique visitors with over 49,500 total website visits.

Legislative counsel and strategist who has worked on comprehensive legislation in over fifteen different Committees in both the US Senate and the US House. Has lead efforts that resulted in major changes to the nation's immigration, labor, technology, corporate governance and energy laws.

Dr. Hastings is a licensed clinical and sport psychologist. She specializes in mental skills & performance enhancement for athletes, psychological and neuropsychological testing, and individual therapy for all ages. Dr. Hastings maintains a private practice in Westlake Village, CA, and is the mental health clinician for the Los Angeles Rams.
